IN-BOUND: Industry 5.0 as a Career Choice The IN-BOUND project addresses the shortage of skilled personnel in the process industry by changing young people’s perception of the sector. The aim is to attract talent by focusing on Industry 5.0 skills, such as automation, artificial intelligence, and sustainability, preparing them for modern jobs. Through innovative digital tools, such as interactive career avatars and job simulation videos (gamification), the program helps career counselors and trainers to guide young people in the right direction. At the same time, it creates bridges of direct communication between apprentices and employers.
