FEA-VEE: The Future of Fashion is Green and Digital The fashion and textile industry in Europe is at a critical crossroads. With 36% of the workforce approaching retirement and sustainability demands on the rise, the FEA-VEE project aims to fill the skills gap. The aim is to create Centers of Vocational Excellence (CoVEs) that will train the next generation of professionals. The program brings together educational institutions and businesses to create training programs focused on digital transformation and green practices.
